If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for shipping the item and covering the cost of the return shipping.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Sendgineering, LLC.
This Limited Warranty only applies to the Physical Goods produced by Sendgineering LLC.
Some items that we sell are not made by us, so we can't provide a warranty because we are not the manufacturer.

What does the warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Sendgineering, LLC will repair or replace, at no additional charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Sendgineering, LLC will either repair or replace the Physical Good at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. We do require that you send the defective item to us for investigation.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sendgineering, LLC is 180 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
What does this warranty not cover?
The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This Warranty also does not cover lost or stolen Physical Goods.
